The training of trainers workshop is an essential step in becoming a certified trainer on behalf of Project Renaissance and its methods. Some also take this course simply to richly extend the range of their experiences and proficiencies, as we go deeply into key aspects.

Completion of this course does not guarantee you certification — the main reason Project Renaissance teaches this course is to be able to guarantee that people taking training or consulting with a certified Project Renaissance trainer will receive the full quality benefit of that service. While infusing quality, this program also serves as part of our quality control.

Individuals around the world are welcome to take our procedures and share them with others. The procedures are taught in our many published books and self-taught free on this Project Renaissance website. This permission and invitation are granted on two conditions:  that the source and contact information for the resource so taught be passed along to those being taught; and that these are represented as being only "resources from Project Renaissance" and not the Project Renaissance program as such and that the leader is represented as a co-explorer and not a Project Renaissance trainer or agent. Those limitations disappear once you earn certification.

Some of the training during these three days will focus on alternate ways to teach Image-Streaming to individuals and to groups; techniques for teaching many of the other procedures; "techniques behind the techniques"; experience in leading others through one or more deep experiences; a review of professional standards pertaining when one takes on responsibility for another's growth and experience; and an excursion or so perhaps unexpected from our published literature. Probably, some will come from this experience well-prepared to be Project Renaissance trainers in their own home community while others are qualified and certified to teach certain specific programs on behalf of Project Renaissance.

Most of the trainer training will be facilitated directly by the founder of Project Renaissance and its programs, Win Wenger, Ph.D., and he will make the judgments as to who qualifies for certification.
